Red Wave 47 Return, Shipping & FAQ Policy

Production and Fulfillment: All Red Wave 47 products are custom-made and typically take 3-5 business days to fulfill. Production times may vary slightly during peak periods and holidays.

Returns and Exchanges: Please review the sizing chart and product descriptions carefully before placing your order, as we do not offer refunds or returns. We only provide store credit unless the error was on our end (e.g., incorrect item, damaged product).

If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@redwave47.co with photo verification. In these cases, you do not need to return the incorrect item; we'll offer an immediate replacement or refund promptly.

Order Corrections: Please verify your sizing and address carefully before ordering. Corrections can be requested within 24 hours after placing your order by contacting support@redwave47.co. We cannot guarantee adjustments after this timeframe.

Shipping: We offer multiple shipping options that you may choose at checkout. Please note that fulfillment times (3-5 business days) apply and must be added to your selected shipping method's timeframe. Shipping costs are included in your order total unless waived via promotional offers. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Red Wave 47 is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after the carrier provides proof of delivery.

    Email us at support@redwave47.co immediately with a photo. We'll ship the correct shirt or provide a refund without requiring a return.

Can I exchange for a different size? We cannot offer exchanges or refunds based on incorrect sizing choices. Please consult our sizing chart carefully before ordering.

Incorrect Address: Notify us at support@redwave47.co within 24 hours if you've provided incorrect shipping information. We'll attempt to update the address before shipment, but this is not guaranteed.

Order Cancellation: Contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at support@redwave47.co if you wish to cancel. Cancellations after 24 hours may not be possible if production has begun.

Estimated Arrival: Tracking information and ETA will be provided upon shipment.
